Swapping regs? Add a spare pair
Show plate on the stand, road plate for the drive home. Every plate needs 2 quick release plates — one each side — so spares come in pairs. Prep both regs in advance and swap between them in seconds. No tools, no tape, no re-fitting.

A keyhole lock — not a magnet
Screw the buttons to your bumper once, stick the releases to the back of your plate, then drop it on and push down. It locks. Lift it off in a second when you want the shot. Because the plate is mechanically captured on the button, road vibration pushes it deeper into the lock — not off the car. Moulded from carbon-fibre-reinforced polyethylene for extra stiffness, durability and longevity.

Install Bumper Buttons
Simple screws the buttons into the bumper using the screws provided, philip head screwdriver needed for this

Install Quick Release Plate
Click the quick release plate into place and remove the backing off the sticky pad

Install Number Plate
Line up your number plate making sure it's in the middle and level. Simply push your plate on to the quick release. Wait 20 mins for 50% hold, maximum hold after 48 hours.

Is it legal?
Yes. Nothing in the number plate regulations bans quick-release mounts — your plate just needs to be displayed, secure and legible, which a fitted Kliq is. Keep the plate on whenever you're on a public road.
Will it hold on the motorway?
Will it hold on the motorway?
Yes. The plate is mechanically captured on the button, not held by friction or magnetism, so airflow and vibration can't peel it off. Tested to over 4,000 miles.
Is it car wash safe?

Yes, once the adhesive has cured for 24 hours. Brushes push the plate against the bumper rather than lifting it.

No. The button uses your existing plate mounting point, and the release bonds to the plate rather than the car. It removes cleanly with heat and adhesive remover.

The screws included are standard UK number plate screws, which fit most cars. A few use a different size or fitting, so it's worth checking with your vehicle manufacturer — or the screws already holding your current plate on — that they'll fit.

Both, yes. The release bonds to the flat back of the plate, so whatever's on the front makes no difference.
